Inspiration Teaching Words of Life Healing & Joy

God Will Provide

As spiritual Christians, we continue to move forward into a deeper and more real relationship with God, through our Lord Jesus Christ. In this spiritual state, the Holy Spirit living within us endeavors to enlighten our spiritual eyes and give us the ability to hear, receive, and believe that God is an intimate part of every area in our lives, and will liberally supply, and fill to the full, our every need, according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus . When the Spirit says needs, He is not only speaking about providing for our physical needs, but also making available His provision for our spiritual and emotional needs. When we surrender our lives, and totally give our heart, mind and soul to the Lord – He promises to become our “Jehovah Jireh,” meaning God will provide us with what we need, in every area of our lives.

Jesus taught His disciples a new way of taking hold of the provision of “Jehovah Jireh”. Jesus said, “For here is eternal truth: When that time comes you won’t need to ask me for anything, but instead you will go directly to the Father and ask him for anything you desire and he will give it to you, because of your relationship with me. Until now you’ve not been bold enough to ask the Father for a single thing in my name, but now you can ask, and keep on asking him! And you can be sure that you’ll receive what you ask for, and your joy will have no limits! I have spoken to you using figurative language, but the time is coming when I will no longer teach you with veiled speech, but I will teach you about the Father with your eyes unveiled. And I will not need to ask the Father on your behalf, for you’ll ask him directly because you love me and believe that I’ve come from God”.

Let us rejoice in the provision of God for His children, and by faith believe that our God is a Sun and Shield: the Lord bestows [present] grace and favor and [future] glory (honor, splendor, and heavenly bliss)! No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly (Psalm84:11).

“And when that time comes, you will ask nothing of Me [you will need to ask me no questions]. I assure you most solemnly I tell you, that My Father will grant you whatever you ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM]. Up to this time you have not asked a [single] thing in My Name, but now ask and keep on asking and you will receive, so that your joy (gladness, delight may be full and complete”(John 16:23-24amp).
